ICI Christmas Party

At first there was a plan for the Christmas party of ICI-Iligan students on this date. Due to some circumstances, it was not materialized, thus, it was the ICI (all branches) Christmas party. This was held at Annex 3 of ICI-Iligan on December 19, 2014.

ICI-Bugo and Kapatagan personnel came to attend in order to compete the much awaited Caroling battle of the experts. ICI-Iligan had two groups of faculty and staffs while one group each from Kapatagan and Bugo. It was started with Jeppoy’s group; followed by the Kapatagan group. The third presenters were the ICI-Iligan staff and finally the Bugo group. There were criteria given and followed.

The winner was the Kapatagan group with all their voicing skills and accompaniment. It was obvious that they took the challenge seriously with practices. They were given a cash prize from Sirs Lari and Ladi. The non-winners were also given consolation cash prizes.

Aside from the caroling competition, there were door prizes and exchanging gifts to give color during the night. A sumptuous dinner of pasta, lechon and desserts were well displayed for everybody’s consumption. Drinks from the bar were unlimited too. You just have to take care yourself upon going home.

One significance in a party is the games. This will enhance the camaraderie, teamwork and fun during the night. A party is not just the eating and the gifts but more so is the laughter. That together with the coworkers, we can act like little kids once in a while. Playing games is not only to win but to enjoy. As Mam Che suggested that “it is a get together party”.
