ICI-Iligan PN Students
On September 27, 2017 students of ICI-Iligan Practical Nursing together with the Iligan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) posted in a strategic place during the Street Dancing Competition held in Iligan City hall, Amphitheatre. They were tasked to assist clients/patients in time of emergencies in getting vital signs in case inevitable incident that will arise on the above-mentioned activities. The students came with Ms. Love Joy S. Soriano and Drixine Baliguat (PN Trainors) as early as 4 o’clock in the morning in order to be in a location accessible to the public viewing the activity. This was their best time to really practice and immerse in a real life situation in providing care in a way of getting people’s vital sign while Street Dancing was on going. Proactivity is better than reactivity.
