Admission Procedure

At the start of every academic year, registration procedures and enrollment flow charts are prepared and distributed to students to serve as guidelines. A student must be officially registered in order to earn credit for course work.

A student must present Certificate of Clearance to be officially registered. The official registration which is a good record of classes for which the student has enrolled is filed in the Office of the Registrar.
 
 
NEW STUDENTS

1. Proceed to the Cashier and pay the Entrance Exam Fee.
2 Proceed to the Entrance Exam Room.
3. After passing the Entrance Exam proceed to the Cashier and pay the Registration Fee.
4. The Entrance Exam Result Slip will be presented together with the Registration Fee reciept to the assigned Adviser in the given course. The Adviser informs the students as to the subjects to enroll and class schedule.
5. Student will be given a schedule.
6. Student will go to the Registrar and submit the required documents for authentication.
7. A copy of the registration form stamped Officially Enrolled is provided to the student for identification purposes on the first day of classes.

 
 
RETURNING STUDENTS

1. For returning students they can proceed to their assigned Adviser.
2. The student selects his class schedule.
3. The corresponding fees are paid by the student to the Cashier.
4. After payment, the student will go to the Registrar and submits the required documents for authentication.
5. A copy of the registration form stamped Officially Enrolled is provided to the student for identification purposes on the first day of classes.
